We want you to love your new Timex timepiece, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn watches in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is submitted, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your watch.

  Ship the Item

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring that all original tags and protective films are still attached to the product.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality control team inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
